I have extensive experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations, identities, and abilities, addressing a wide range of emotional difficulties and needs in both individuals and relationships/ couples. I am passionate about helping my clients find their own way of moving forward at a pace that suits them.

Find answers to common questions about the booking process, cost, location, online counselling, in-person counselling, and cancellation policy.
To book an initial chat, simply fill out the booking form. Your counsellor will then get in touch, and, if agreed, set up counselling sessions directly with you.
The cost of counselling sessions varies depending on the duration and type of therapy. It starts from £55 per individual therapy session, discounted to £45 for students. Couple therapy sessions cost £80 per session, and supervision sessions £50.

Yes, we offer online counselling sessions for individuals and couples. All our therapist have specialist training in working with clients online. These sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms.
We do not provide an emergency service for clients.
