After several decades running my own business overseas and in the UK, I am now working as an integrative counsellor and men’s group facilitator.

Mark regularly undertakes training as a part of his continuous professional development and has regular supervision to ensure that he offers the best support to all of his clients.

To book an initial chat, simply fill out the booking form. Your counsellor will then get in touch, and, if agreed, set up counselling sessions directly with you.
The cost of counselling sessions varies depending on the duration and type of therapy.
Session cost £60 per individual therapy session. Couple therapy sessions cost from £80 per session, and supervision sessions £50.
We also offer low cost, more affordable counselling by our counsellor in training Mark, which only costs £20 per session.

Yes, we offer online counselling sessions for individuals and couples. All our therapist have specialist training in working with clients online. These sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms.
We do not provide an emergency service for clients.
