Meet Kate Elliott

(she/her)

Kate is a compassionate integrative counsellor at the Tunbridge Wells Counselling Hub.

A warm welcome

Working together towards meaningful change

I offer a space for you to explore your feelings and support your wellbeing. I use an integrative approach, meaning I draw from a number of counselling approaches including person-centred and psychodynamic, whilst also using CBT and Mindfulness tools if relevant.

You set the pace and the agenda. I will work alongside you to explore whatever is on your mind, helping you make sense of your thoughts and feelings in a supportive, confidential environment.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationships, low self-esteem, overwhelm, or other life challenges, we will work together towards meaningful change
